Join PMA Eligibility Conditions
- Only males are eligible.
- You must be unmarried to apply.
- The age should not exceed 20 years old.
- At least 55% marks in O/A Level Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics must be obtained by candidates who have completed the FSc Pre Engineering or the FSc Pre Engineering.
- A certificate of equivalence is required for O/A Level candidates.
- You can also apply if you have a minimum 60% grade in Part-1 of the FSc/A Level.
- Candidates appearing in Part-II must provide a Hope Certificate.
- A failure to obtain 55% marks in Part II will disqualify applicants.

- Pakistan Marine Academy will conduct 2 years of residency training.
- Graduate of NED University of Engineering & Technology Karachi with an Associate Degree in Nautical Science and Marine Engineering.

- An additional pay order/bank draft of Rs. 300,000/- must be submitted with the application under the Self Finance Scheme.

Selection Procedure for Merchant Navy Jobs
- Entrance Test at Multan, Abbottabad, Gwadar, Karachi, Lahore, Muzaffarabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Rawalpindi & Sukkur.
- 45% Marks are required to qualify for the entrance test.
