How to Join Pak Army After Graduation

Eligibility Criteria to Join Pak Army after graduation is different than PMA Long Course. A candidate’s age must be 20-25 years with Bachelor’s Degree for Graduate Course.

Usually, Graduate Course registration starts in December and June and tests held in January and July for winter and summer entries respectively.

Applicants who qualified intermediate with a minimum of 50% marks and secured 60% marks in Graduation are eligible for Graduate Course.

Relaxation in Joining Pak Army

  • For serving Army Soldiers minimum 50% marks in BA/BSc and Equivalent
  • Candidates can apply on “Hope Certificate” who have qualified the part-I of BA/BSc with 60% marks and appeared in part-II
  • Candidates can apply with 55% marks from specified areas with domicile and have been actually studying in the same areas

Registration and Selection Procedure

To join Pak Army after Graduation. You have to register yourself first. There are two ways to register yourself:

Online Registration

This is the most convenient option for registration. You can easily register yourself from anywhere. The online registration link is given below.

Army Selection Center

The second method is to visit your nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Center. Candidates must bring the original document + photocopies along with them for application submission. Check details in PDF.

Written Test

Intelligence/ Academic test will conduct at AS&RC and it is based on Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

Medical Test

Initial Medical tests will also conduct at Army Selection and Recruitment Center.

Physical Test

Applicants must qualify for the physical test mentioned below in the given time:

  • 1.6 km run in 8 minutes
  • 15 repetitions Push-Ups in 2 minutes
  • 20 repetitions Sit-Ups in 2 minutes
  • 3 repetitions Chin-Ups in 2 minutes
  • Ditch Crossing 7’4” x 7’4” with 4’ depth

Interview

The interview is the last stage of the preliminary selection process to find the best of the best candidate for the national service. Candidates will be notified of the interview through the official website also get call-up letters at the given address.

Further Selection of Technical Graduate Course

  • Final Medical Test: The ISSB recommended candidates will undergo through detailed medical test at nearest CMHs.
  • Final Selection: Officers will do Final Selection of candidates based on overall performance at General Headquarter (GHQ).
  • Training: you will get 1 year training at PMA Kakul.
  • Bond: Shortlisted candidates are required to sign a bond to serve the Army for seven years period.
  • Stipend: Shortlisted candidates will get approximately Rs. 31,000/Month stipend.

Ineligibility Conditions

The ineligibility conditions for Pak Army Graduate Course are following;

  • 2 times rejected by ISSB
  • Tested within 120 days gap of the previous appearance in ISSB
  • Declared permanently unfit in medical test
  • Medically infit due to hepatitis B & C
  • Dismissed from government service including Armed Forces
  • Convicted in a Court of Law for any criminal activity
  • Withdrawn from any training institution/academy of Armed Forces
